Ever since stopping my exercise class last year some of my dedicated attendees have been eagerly waiting for it to start again. And here it is. Starting Monday 14th September at 10am. It is located at Chequer Studio http://www.chequerstudio.co.uk
The class is a gentle mixture of yoga, pilates and tai chi with Jacqui pulling on her experience as a physiotherapist to pick the best exercises for her group. Finishing with a guided relaxation.
All are welcome but it is particularly geared to those recovering from injury or with health conditions that affect their ability to participate in mainstream exercise classes. If you are unsure whether it is suitable for you then please do get in touch.
Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 and charged at £7.
